sell sugar water or change the world? Steve Jobs, founder and CEO of Apple tried with it but with moderate success, John Sculley to win for his vision. Jobs was the top man in despair that he could not win for his vision. Then he asked him again a question that inspired many other companies added. He asked, "Mr. Sculley, you want to spend the rest of your life trying to sell sugar water, or you want to change their lives with the world?" Sculley said it was as if someone had given a stiff punch in the stomach.
The question had the power to eliminate him as the resistance and make him a big dreamer. He later left and joined Pepsi Cola to Apple. "Finally," said Sculley, "to change the world is a heady feeling."
In a few words convinced Sculley and Jobs was able to win him for his vision. He had formulated his vision so that they understand Sculley could. He himself was part of the dream to change the world. In order to attract staff and keep the vision must be explained again and again convincing. One of the most important task of a conductor is therefore the dream over and over to explain to resist and to hold the vision of icons, graphics and images to life.
